I had one of my parents, and is a very good workout. I play hockey and are looking for a full body workout, I can do at home without running or having to go to the gym, because my knees are bad and I prefer to do it before television. What type should I expect to build endurance and strength?

I used one for two years as exercise to treat diabetes. It is not as good as running, or bicycle. Check Dr. Coopers books on Aerobics for the comparisons. Jogging in place is better for stamina. Weights for strength. All in all it works. I am now using a lightweight hand bicycle. Hands or feet. Cost $40.
