We purchased this Inversion Table because my husband has chronic low back pain. It helps ease the pain tremendously. He uses it twice a day. The Doctor has said that surgery is not required because there is no impingement of the spinal chord.

Amazon rocks for hosting everyones reviews and selling a wide variety of products at excellent prices.
I have only used it 3 times but there is a big improvement in the way my back feels. I do have sciatic pain and the table has helped with that as well.
The table is really solid and was simple to put together. Took me less than 1 hour by myself.
As noted in other reviews of this table, put on some over the ankle work boots or hiking boots when using the table. I was excited to give the table a try and used it with sneakers and low cut socks the first time, I ended up with a small cut on my left ankle (My fault for not putting on some boots).
If you decide to buy this table you will not be disappointed on Ironman 1000 Inversion Table.

i have had the inversion table for approximately one month now. when i received it, i would estimate that it took me about an hour to assemble it. the instructions were easy to follow. i was really excited to try it out and found out quite quickly that you really need to take this process slowly. I would have given this product five stars if it had come with more detailed instructions as to the proper use. the “little” booklet that came with it had absolutely nothing regarding proper use other than a few sentences.

I read the reviews before buying this Inverter, save your money like others have said and buy this Inverter with good confidence. For the price you can’t beat it, it’s as sturdy as can be and built very strong. Again if you looking for an Inverter buy this one and you will not only save money but you are getting a very good piece OF equiptment that equals any other at 2 to 3 times the price.
You get what you pay for

The inversion table is worth the money you pay for it. It is not the cheapest or the most expensive. The pads that lock your legs at the ankles are not very comfortable. I would not want to hang totally upside down for very long.
Overall not a bad deal though from Amazon.
