1. Heavy Duty is right! High Quality!

   Great product for a great price! Arm slings are plenty big so it distributes weight and keeps you stable. These are high quality and strong enough that I’m not worried about them breaking, or even weakening. They came with the clips/carabiners. The only negative aspect was that the smaller straps that connect the arm slings to the bar are a little long, so I was hanging a little low -> feet on the ground. I just looped the straps around to bring it up higher. Not everyone is the same height, so you just have to may want to adjust to your liking. These would be perfect if they made them so you could adjust the height a bit.

   Paying so little my expectations were very low, despite the rave reviews. They just arrived today and I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and usability. Iron carabiners WERE included. I used these with my Iron Gym and they work beautifully. I am 5′9″ and have no problems getting full extension (since most of the exercises’ value comes from the stretch at the bottom). Although not as well padded as more expensive brands, the straps are very wide and support the arms sufficiently. I was going to buy a much more expensive pair because I wanted quality, but this is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended Perfect Pullup Ab Straps.

   
   

3. Great product, but still makes me do the work

   I’ve always been trying to get a firmer sixpack, but never been lucky enough I guess to achieve my goal. I’ve got virtually no body fat, so the abs are noticable, but just not the big ones I’ve been trying to get. I’ve been doing crunches night and day for months, but still nothing. I never liked doing crunches, because it’s one of those exercises where you need to keep good form and it’s easy to mess up.

   I thought these things were really stupid when I first saw them. I figured just another situp, but you’re turned. Well oh boy was I wrong! These things are great! I’ve been doing lots of pullups lately, so I’ve gotten pretty strong in the arms, so doing these things were pretty easy. I could see it being very difficult for someone who isnt as strong in the upper body though. But for those that can keep themselves lifted up, these things are great. They really make it easy to keep good form. Each leg lift really burned the abs.

   The only downsides are the following: you need to own a pullup bar. but considering that this is an accessory sold with a pullup bar, I guess that is sort of expected. the other downside is you still have to do the work yourself. but i dont really think there are any ways of getting a sixpack without doing work. i dont think those electric shock things really work. 5. comfortable and easy to use

   These work well. I had velcro ones before and these are easier to get level. They just clip on and you go. Plus the padding is real comfortable.
