The machine arrived as expected and had a small ding on the back of the main section where the seat goes back and forth. The rollers for the seat wouldn’t fit in the track but that was easily corrected with a pair of pliers. No sweat. The footrests seem too high for me, but if I’m barefoot I can curl my toes around the base to hold on and that works fine for me. It also seemed that the seat didn’t return to the front position easily enough so I elevated the back slightly and that seemed to work better for me too. I have rowed actual rowing skulls and with the mods I did, it seems to replicate the motion I remember. It gets me up to an aerobic activity level quickly if I set the resistance at 12, which is the highest and feels more realistic to me. However, I didn’t expect to even have a computer, so overall I would say I am happy with Stamina 1050 Rower. It gets me up to an aerobic level very quickly and is perfect for me to use for exercise.

This rower is sturdy, rows very nicely and is quiet. I did not like having to put so many pieces together and they were difficult to do. I had to use pliers (that are not provided) to hold the bolt in place so that I could use the screw driver on the screw. The bolt was inside of a hole that is too difficult for fingers to get into to hold. The instructions don’t tell you that. I had to figure it out on my own. I am a woman, 5′3″ and good with tools and putting things together by myself but it was getting on my nerves to put this rower together. It took me 4 hours, sitting on the floor withthing and trying not to get frustrated and give up. Finally, when it was done, I got on the rower to try it out. My foot slipped right out of the pedals. I don’t understand why they made the heel rest so short. I will try to use strong glue and some type of thick strong cushion by the heel rest to see if that works. If it doesn’t, then I will have to go to the hardware store and get a drill and “u” bar and attach that. Oh well, I’ll see how it turns out. Have a great day. Surprisingly fun

I read all the reviews before buying this product so that I would know what people didn’t like about it. After using mine for two weeks, I have not found anything I don’t like that really matters (I don’t believe the calorie count). There is no problem with feet slipping out … use shoes and pull the velcro tight. It was easy to put together and it has a sturdy construction. I was surprised by how much I enjoy using it. I started on Level 2 to get a feel for how it worked and I’m now using Level 4. I’ve recommended it to a friend who purchased it as well. Cheap Stamina 1050 Rower for sale.

I bought Stamina 1050 Rower initially for me to use for one-legged rowing after foot surgery. I had tried out rowing with one-leg before on a concept II rower at my gym, so I knew it was feasible, and I wasn’t going to be able to walk, cycle, run, or use the elliptical, so I knew this was my only option to remain relatively in shape while recovering. Anyway, this cute little rower is perfect. It not only kept my good leg/upper body in shape, but now I am even able to row with two legs and it is more comfortable IMO than the more expensive concept2 rowers, especially with the rowing motion. I highly recommend Stamina 1050 Rower for anyone who is on a budget/cramped for space, and wants a good piece of equipment to maintain fitness.
