I recently received a subscription to a gym and I was wondering what equipment I need to do to be ready for football. I have been especially machines for mid-line that I and some other weapons. I have been cycling and elliptical. I can not find a single leg that I like. Soccer Tryouts are coming in about a week I have been running all summer for the resistance. Basically, what are some good workouts using machines ot prepare for football.

There are many different books and programs out there, I have tried a few myself, but there is one that I have totally fallen in love with.
