I would say im in shape. I can easily do 65 push-ups well in a row, run a mile in under 6:20, do 100 sit-ups, etcMais in my lacrosse game I run only my breath so easily, when I start running and my legs are so tired. Do leg squats, but why is this and there is no else can I do?

Take Vitamin B tablets and/or do cardio to boost your stamina.
